One suggestion I would make that incorporates new media is to use social media sites in a way that encourages more students to be active on campus. Baruch is a huge commuter school, which makes it hard for shyer students to meet new people, and many students just end up going to school and then going right back home. They could also use their social media platforms to try and spark discussion among Baruch students, whether it be about a new club or new class. Using social media more proactively would allow Baruch students to feel more connected with each other as well as promote more campus activity.

Another suggestion I would make is to have a Baruch podcast. As of right now it feels like Baruch students do not really know what goes on in their own school, and so having this podcast provides a way for people to find out and learn more about things going on at Baruch. The podcast could talk about many things, including the sports teams, competitive clubs, or even just the daily news and how Baruch students may be effected by it. This would be nice for people to have while they are waiting for a class to start or maybe to listen to on their way to class. This would be nice as it would be a great way for students to also be more informed about the college as they hear about the news and such.
